Inkwinks Publications Ltd Returns Policy
Inkwinks Publications Ltd value exceptional service and product quality. Every Inkwinks Product is closely checked for quality and any damage prior to dispatch. However, we do understand that accidents may happen during transit. Therefore, as good business practice, we honour any damaged products, and will either, send a replacement product, or give a full refund.

If a refund is given, and the product is to be returned, the cost of postage is to be paid for by the customer. In some cases, we may ask you to dispose of the product on our behalf and send you a replacement one. Every case will be judged on its merits and dealt with accordingly.

Should a customer change their mind about a product or deem it unsuitable for their needs, then they have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, stating the reasons for it. Even though it is unlikely that Inkwinks Publications Ltd will refuse a refund, we do retain the right to do so based on individual cases. Products are then to be returned unopened, undamaged and as new, and the customer is to cover the cost of postage. A full refund will be issued once we have received the product.

At no point will your rights as a valued customer be undermined should any issues arise during your shopping experience with Inkwinks Publications Ltd. Trust is a foundation upon which we do business, and we judge our customers likewise.
